1. General Return Eligibility

teechipnews.com accepts returns under strict transparency and consumer protection standards. To qualify for a return, the customer must meet all conditions below:

  • ✔ Product is unused and unworn

  • ✔ Product is unwashed, clean, odor-free, and unaltered

  • ✔ All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • ✔ No physical damage caused by customer handling

  • ✔ Return request submitted within 30 days of parcel delivery confirmation

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for acceptance:

  • ✖ Socks (if opened or worn)

  • ✖ Personalized or custom-printed items

  • ✖ Items modified intentionally by the customer

  • ✖ Final-sale/clearance marked items

3. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns can be requested for: Size mismatch, Shipping damage, Defective product, or Wrong item sent. Change-of-mind is allowed only if the item is unused and within the 30-day window.

8. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only after the item passes warehouse inspection.

  • Refund Includes: Product price, Courier damage (if verified).

  • Refund Excludes: Return shipping fees, Customs fees, Size mismatch shipping costs.

9. Replacement Option

Customers may choose replacement for: Manufacturing defects or Wrong item sent. For size mismatch, replacements are allowed but the customer pays the reship fee.

10. PayPal Disputes

We comply with PayPal’s official decisions regarding unauthorized charges or refund disagreements.

11. Inspection Failure Scenarios

Returns will be rejected if the item is worn, washed, missing tags, or damaged by the customer. We will provide an inspection report and photos if a return is denied.
